A handsome Welsh oak low dresser or server of elegant open form, made entirely of dense, native oak of good figuring and beautiful colour. The three drawers sit above a waist moulding and three shallow ogee-shaped arches. The four substantial baluster and ring-turned front legs are joined by a planked potboard.
Probably Montgomeryshire or Cardiganshire, circa 1790-1820.
