An Ewenny pottery mug, probably intended for beer as the inscribed Welsh motto on the side reads “Eichyd da” - a misspelling of “Iechyd da” which translates as “Good Health”.
Applied with a honey coloured glaze and inscribed “Ewenny Pottery” on the underside. Undated but probably 1930`s-40`s.
No chips, cracks or glaze loss.
