A milking stool of typical, primitive form, the elm top has a rounded edge and canted rectangular shape, and is branded on the underside “BODEN & Co”. The splayed, spoke-shaved, ash legs are tennoned through the top.
Probably early to mid 19th century, circa 1820- 1860.
